The decision to serve as an FBLA Collegiate State Officer is one that sets a person apart as one of the most dedicated and driven leaders in our organization. State officers serve a one year term and represent Florida FBLA Collegiate to businesses leaders, education officials, community partners, and most importantly the state membership.

Collegiate State President
Krista Knowles is honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Florida FBLA Collegiate State President. A student at Pasco-Hernando State College's North Campus, Krista has completed her Bachelor's degree in Business and is now pursuing her Educator Preparation Institute certification with her sights set on becoming a high school teacher, a path that reflects her deep dedication to empowering the next generation of leaders. Now in her fourth year with FBLA and her third year as a collegiate state officer, Krista brings a strong foundation of leadership and service to her new role. Having previously served as State Parliamentarian and Collegiate Vice President of Membership, she is ready to bring that experience and passion to the forefront as she leads Florida FBLA into an exciting new year. Lights, camera, action! Florida FBLA Collegiate is rolling out the red carpet under the blockbuster theme Your Ticket to Success, and Krista could not be more excited for what is ahead. Fueled by the state initiative Keep Florida Beautiful, she is committed to making every scene count across the Sunshine State and is on a mission to recruit passionate new members, reignite collegiate chapters, and make sure every student has a front-row seat to everything FBLA has to offer. The previews are over. This is the main event. With an incredible team of officers and the energy of Florida FBLA Collegiate behind her, Krista knows that this year's production is truly an ensemble performance, and together, they are ready to make it one for the books.

Kristen molina medina
Collegiate State Vice President of Communications
Kristen Molina Medina is honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Florida FBLA Collegiate State Vice President of Communications. A student at State College of Florida, Manatee-Sarasota, she graduated with an Associate in Arts degree with a concentration in Business, leaving a legacy of service, collaboration, and innovative leadership at SCF. She is now transferring to the University of South Florida to pursue a degree in Business Analytics and Information Systems, with the goal of becoming a business analyst, entrepreneur, and one day, a professor, building on her passion for marketing, communication, and operations along the way. She distinguishes herself as a student leader who drives connection, innovation, and impact across campus. In her second year at her chapter, she serves as FBLA Vice President and Social Media Committee Manager, and as President of the Student Government Association, where she advocates for student involvement and leadership development. Kristen is thrilled to bring that same energy to the state level. Under the theme "Your Ticket to Success," she is committed to strengthening Florida FBLA Collegiate's voice, keeping members informed and inspired, and making sure every chapter across the state feels seen and connected. She looks forward to a year of meaningful collaboration and can't wait to meet members from every corner of Florida!

santiago caudillo alvarez
Collegiate State Vice President of Finance
Santiago Caudillo-Alvarez serves as the Florida FBLA Collegiate Vice President of Finance. He is an incoming student at the University of Florida and recently graduated from College Academy at Broward College with both his high school diploma and Associate of Arts degree. Passionate about finance, leadership, and service, Santiago is the Founder and President of ZoomTutors, a fiscally sponsored nonprofit project providing free virtual tutoring to underserved students. He has also served on the Pembroke Pines Youth City Council, led First Priority Club, and worked as an Investment Analyst at Cater Investment Group. Through FBLA, Santiago has competed at the state and national levels, including placing 7th nationally in Business Ethics and 10th in Management Case Competition.

teanna hill
Collegiate State Vice President of Membership
Teanna Hill is honored to serve as the 2026-2027 Florida FBLA Collegiate State Vice President of Membership. She is currently serving as the Vice President of Operations for the Pasco-Hernando State College FBLA Collegiate chapter while pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management with a concentration in Health Care Management. As a military veteran, mother, and dedicated community volunteer, Teanna values the principles of duty, leadership, and acts of service. She believes in creating opportunities for others and making meaningful impact through service and mentorship. Her passion for helping others has inspired her commitment to both her community and the continued growth of FBLA Collegiate. Teanna is excited to work alongside her fellow state officers to strengthen membership engagement, support collegiate chapters across Florida, and encourage students to pursue leadership, professional development and service opportunities. She looks forward to helping members grow both personally and professionally while contributing to another successful year for FBLA Collegiate.
