GUIDELINES
Checks should be made payable to Florida FBLA Foundation. Payments made by credit card will be charged a processing fee.
Payment and chapter information must be postmarked by February 15 to Florida FBLA PBL Foundation, P. O. Box 1106, Zephyrhills, FL 33539.
Chapter information includes chapter name, adviser name, school address, daytime phone number, and email address.
