Meet your Florida FBLA 2026-2027 State Officers

The decision to serve as an FBLA State Officer is one that sets a person apart as one of the most dedicated and driven leaders in our organization. State officers serve a one-year term and represent Florida FBLA to businesses leaders, education officials, community partners, and most importantly the state membership.

Gabriella Martinez reyes

State President

Gabriella Martinez Reyes is a senior at Lakewood Ranch High School and is incredibly honored to serve as your 2026–2027 Florida FBLA State President. Her journey with FBLA began six years ago in middle school when she discovered a passion that has only continued to grow. She is deeply passionate about FBLA and is truly humbled to have been elected to represent such an inspiring organization. Starting as chapter treasurer at Dr. Mona Jain Middle School, FBLA quickly became a central part of her life. Over the years, Gabriella has grown from an eager middle school member into a dedicated leader—serving as a four-time chapter officer, former District 18 President, former Region IV Vice President, and now her chapter’s Co President, your State President, and the National Southern Region Vice President. Standing in front of more than 6,000 future business leaders has been one of the highlights of her FBLA career, and she is committed to serving with purpose and making every member proud. Building on the skills and lessons she gained from serving as Region IV Vice President this past year, she is excited to help lead Florida FBLA to an impactful and successful year. Beyond competitions and conferences, FBLA has given Gabriella lifelong friendships and invaluable skills, especially in leadership and public speaking—lessons that no textbook could ever teach. Outside of FBLA, she enjoys reading, binge-watching Marvel movies, and spending hours on FaceTime with her best friend (who is also named Gabi—yes, it’s as confusing as it sounds). This year, Gabriella is focused on launching mentorship programs, increasing communication between the state and local chapters, and encouraging every member to find their “Ticket to Success.” She is beyond excited to work alongside the incredible Team 76 and make Florida the G.O.A.T. of FBLA!
